By submititng any information to Queenslandbands.info or any of the parties involved in its development and maintenance the party submititng the information agrees to the following terms:

Queenslandbands (QBs), while a community service does not take any responsibility for the information uploaded by third parties, does take all reasonable measures to ensure that no infringement of copyright or slander occurs.


By uploading any information be it images or text the person submitting the information agrees to accept, and be liable for, any legal ramifications arising from its publication. The person submitting the information also exonerates queenslandbands.info and any party involved wiht its development and maintenance from all legal action.


Please note we do not offer legal advice and encourage all parties involved in a grievance to communicate with each other to find an amicable resolution to any complaint.


In the event that a resolution can not be reached by the parties involved QBs will remove the article under consideration until the parties have resolved their issue. If it is found that either party has acted with malicious intent to damage anyone involved in the QBs community or any other party they will have all membership rights revoked and any material under investigation will be digitally stored for legal purposes.


QBs does not take any responsibility for ommissions, errors, technical malfunctions or eroneous information of any nature.  


At the end of the it would just be easier for all involved if they enter into the spirit of the QBs community and seek to assist one another in their pursuit of success and passion for music.
